My name is Shannon Seal and I am the owner of the North Pinellas location.
I was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. I have grown up within this family business and I have such a love and passion for what I do. I am married to and completely in love with my husband, Joe Flach. He is a pretty amazing guy and together we have 6 children; Ansley, Ella, Cody, Dylan, Beau and Beckham. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of South Florida. My degree is in communications with a focus on Public Speaking and Media. I have been teaching swimming for over 30 years and I have been the owner of the North Pinellas location since 2005. The rewards I receive from this career are endless. I watch your children succeed in our program as they are developing a love for swimming. There is nothing better than seeing the pride in a child’s eyes when they have accomplished something great and here at Seal, every accomplishment is GREAT! I am so proud of my Seal Swim School North Pinellas team. Everyone who works here is just wonderful. Imagine being excited to go into work every day, this is how I feel. I beam with pride when I watch them teach and I love listening to them when they tell me about how wonderful their students are.
